GainMax Capital Review: Crypto-Scam!

The GainMax Capital system is supposed to be this awesome new crypto ICO and cryptocurrency trading system. However, we have it on good authority that this crypto system is anything but the real deal. There is a whole lot of really suspicious activity going on here, plus we also caught these fools red handed in numerous blatant lies.

Yes, you are told that the GainMax Capital system is a great ICO investment opportunity and an even better crypto trading system. Yet, this is simply not true. We did a lot of digging around and the signs are definitely not positive. We are here doing a GainMax Capital scam review to give you fair warning about the very real danger posed to you by this thieving cryptocurrency scam.

GainMax Capital App – Fake Owners

The first thing that needs to be said about the GainMax Capital system is that it has fake owners and a totally non-existent CEO. During the presentation video, there is some guy talking who claims to be the trading manager and acting representative for GainMax Capital software. However, this guy never even tells us what his name is. This is extremely suspicious to say the least, because we have no way of confirming his real identity.

That being said, we do know for a fact that this guy is a paid actor. He is simply a guy which the real crooks behind the GainMax Capital system hired to read a terrible script. Heck, he can barely get through a couple of words without stumbling over his lines. There is also the fact that we have seen this guy before. We have already busted several other scams which have used this same phony bologna guy as their actor. This is a surefire way of telling that the GainMax Capital app is a total rip off. A real and reliable crypto system would have a genuine owner and manager who is not afraid to tell us his real name.

GainMax Capital Software – No License

One of the things which we can say for sure about the GainMax Capital trading system is that it is in no way licensed. Remember folks, not only is this supposed to be a cryptocurrency trading system, but an initial coin offering for a new currency release. Well, providing trading signals, operating a crypto trading platform, and taking investments for an ICO are all things which require a license. Without a license afforded by a real board or financial regulation agency, the GainMax Capital app is trading illegally.

These licenses are only given to the most reliable and transparent of people and companies. The GainMax Capital system is not backed by a real company nor does it have a real leader. Therefore, you can rest assured that no sane licensing board would ever give these crooks a license. The bottom line is that the GainMax Capital app never makes any trades at all nor does it really take investments. Sure, it will take your money from you, very happily at that, but this program will never provide you with any kinds of returns in any way, shape, or form. This is a totally illegal cryptocurrency ICO and trading system.

GainMax Capital User Testimonials – FAKE!

Yet another telltale sign that a scam is afoot here has to do with the clearly bogus GainMax Capital user testimonials. On the website there are a number of written and video testimonials, all of which are overly positive, which is already a bad sign.

However, the nail in the coffin here is the fact that all of the people in these testimonial videos are totally phony. They are nothing more than paid actors being compensated to say whatever it says on the script. The written GainMax Capital testimonials are equally as fraudulent and consist of stolen stock images and blatantly fabricated names. Don’t trust these people because nothing that they say is even remotely true.

GainMax Capital Program – Pyramid/Ponzi Scheme

Another obvious indication that the GainMax Capital system is a scam has to do with the structure of it. We have it on very good authority that this whole thing is a massive Ponzi scheme and pyramid scheme rolled into one. In terms of the ICO, you are promised huge profits in the forms of weekly interest payments, just from investing in the initial coin offering.

However, the promised returns are way too astronomically insane to be true. You will never get ROIs as promised by these crooks. It is not as much an ICO as it is a way to steal your money! These guys simply use new investments to pay small sums of money to old investors in the form of interest payments. The purpose is to keep people thinking that more money is soon to come, but none ever does. The GainMax Capital app is a Ponzi scheme that steals your money from you with the promise of big returns, but nothing ever really materializes.

At the same time, the GainMax Capital system is obviously a pyramid scheme too. These guys promise big bonuses if you get your friends and family to sign up with GainMax Capital software. In other words, you are supposed to get a commission if you help these crooks sucker in even more unsuspecting victims. This is a pyramid scheme. The criminals behind GainMax Capital software get you to do the heavy lifting by getting you to help them make even more people invest their hard earned money. While you are promised affiliate sign up bonuses, no one has ever gotten one of these so called referral commissions.

GainMax Capital Scam Review – Conclusion

There is really nothing of value left to say about the GainMax Capital system. It is a horrible Ponzi scheme, a pyramid scheme, an ICO scheme, and trading scam all rolled into one epic pile of scam. Simply put, do not trust the GainMax Capital app with your money, don’t invest in it, and stay as far away from it as humanly possible!

We do have 2 great cryptocurrency initial coin offerings which you should take a look at. Both of the following crypto ICOs are extremely promising, they definitely are not scams, and there is a good chance that you will make a very healthy profit with them. You should take a look at ADVERX and PAGAREX, both of which are awesome crypto ICOs with tons of varying opportunities to put money in your pocket.

GainMax Capital Review: $10 to $100,000 “trading” Ponzi scheme

GainMax Capital provide no information on their website about who owns or runs the business.

The GainMax Capital website domain (“”) was registered on June 20th, 2020.

George Foster is listed as the domain owner, through a virtual office address in London, UK.

GainMax Capital provide a UK incorporation certificate for GainMax Capital Limited on their website.

GainMax Capital Limited was incorporated on June 21st, 2020. The address used to incorporate GainMax Capital Limited is the same virtual address used in the website domain registration.

George Foster is listed as the sole Director of the company, through a different virtual office address in London.

Alexa traffic estimates meanwhile strongly suggest GainMax Capital is in fact being operated out of Indonesia. As I write this Alexa estimate 63% of all traffic to the GainMax Capital website originates out of Indonesia.

Broken English on the GainMax Capital website also supports this:

Given this, the virtual addresses used to incorporate GainMax Capital Limited in the UK, fake Fiverr’esque testimonial videos featured on the GainMax Capital website and no publicly available information tying him to the company, it is assumed George Foster doesn’t actually exist.

UK incorporation is dirt cheap and for the most part unregulated. It is a favorite for scammers looking to incorporate dodgy companies.

As always, if an MLM company is not openly upfront about who is running or owns it, think long and hard about joining and/or handing over any money.

GainMax Capital Products

GainMax Capital has no retailable products or services, with affiliates only able to market GainMax Capital affiliate membership itself.

The GainMax Capital Compensation Plan

GainMax Capital affiliates invest funds on the promise of an advertised weekly ROI:

  • Basic – invest $10 to $249 and receive a 5% to 7.5% weekly ROI for 20 weeks
  • Premium – invest $250 to $999 and receive a 6.5% to 9% weekly ROI for 16 weeks
  • Advanced – invest $1000 to $4999 and receive a 7.5% to 11% weekly ROI for 12 weeks
  • VIP – invest $5000 to $9999 and receive an 8.5% to 13% weekly ROI for 8 weeks
  • VVIP – invest $10,000 to $100,000 and receive a 10% to 15% weekly ROI for 5 weeks

There’s also “shares offers” on the GainMax Capital website promising perpetual weekly ROIs.

The quoted ROI rates however fluctuate each second (appears to be some sort of script) so I’ve left this out of the review.

Referral Commissions

GainMax Capital pay referral commissions on invested funds down three levels of recruitment (unilevel).

Percentage rates on each level are determined by how much a GainMax Capital affiliate has themselves invested:

  • Basic – 5% on level 1 (personally recruited affiliates), 3% on level 2 and 2% on level 3
  • Premium – 7% on level 1, 3% on level 2 and 2% on level 3
  • Advanced – 10% on level 1, 3% on level 2 and 2% on level 3
  • VIP – 12% on level 1, 3% on level 2 and 2% on level 3
  • VVIP – 15% on level 1, 3% on level 2 and 2% on level 3

Advisor Rewards

GainMax Capital reward those who convince others to invest large sums of money with a weekly and daily payments.

  • convince others to invest $10,000 ($5000 personal referral investment) and receive $100 a week
  • convince others to invest $30,000 ($10,000 personal referral investment) and receive $250 a week
  • convince others to invest $75,000 ($25,000 personal referral investment) and receive $150 a day
  • convince others to invest $225,000 ($75,000 personal referral investment) and receive $400 a day
  • convince others to invest $450,000 ($150,000 personal referral investment) and receive $1000 a day

Joining GainMax Capital

GainMax Capital affiliate membership is tied to an investment of between $10 and $100,000.

GainMax Capital claim to have “over 10 years trading experience”. The company claims to generate external ROI revenue via trading across “the world’s most popular financial markets”.

Leave alone the fact that GainMax Capital didn’t exist until June, 2020, no evidence of trading or any other external ROI revenue generation is provided.

The only verifiable source of revenue entering GainMax Capital is new affiliate investment.

Using newly invested funds to pay off existing investors makes GainMax Capital a Ponzi scheme.

On top of that GainMax Capital pays recruitment commissions, adding an additional pyramid layer to the scheme.

As with all Ponzi schemes, once affiliate recruitment slows down so too will newly invested funds.

This will starve GainMax Capital of ROI revenue, eventually prompting a collapse.

The math behind Ponzi schemes guarantees that when they collapse, the majority of investors lose money.

United Capital Investments Review: 10,000% ROI in 40 weeks?

United Capital Investments operates in the MLM cryptocurrency niche. The company fails to provide contact details on its website.

Listed as CEO of the company is Antoun Toubia.

No information about Toubia is provided on United Capital Investments’ website. His Pinterest profile suggests he’s based out of the UK.

Persual of Toubia’s LinkedIn profile reveals he’s knee-deep in cryptocurrency, primarily via advisory roles to various projects.

As per Toubia’s LinkedIn profile bio;

As a knowledgeable and dedicated investment services professional with a Middle Eastern background, Antoun Toubia is founder and Chief Executive Officer at UCI, a private equity company launched in 2008.

In addition to his unique insights, Antoun has extensive experience in private trading and equity investment, venture capital, hedge funds, blockchain technology and crypto-currencies.

I wasn’t able to independently verify any of that.

What I was able to verify is that United Capital Investments’ website domain was first registered in March 2020.

The incomplete address used to register the domain is in Charlestown, Nevis.

Nevis is a scam-friendly jurisdiction with little to no regulation.

There is no legitimate reason for an MLM company to incorporate itself there (note there is no evidence of United Capital Investment having incorporated in Nevis).

As far as I can tell, Antoun Toubia does not have an MLM history.

Read on for a full review of United Capital Investments’ MLM opportunity.

United Capital Investments’ Products

United Capital Investments has no retailable products or services, with affiliates only able to market United Capital Investments affiliate membership itself.

United Capital Investments’ Compensation Plan

United Capital Investments affiliates invest $500 or more on the promise of a 10,000% ROI, paid out after 40 weeks.

Referral commissions on invested funds are paid out via a unilevel compensation structure.

A unilevel compensation structure places an affiliate at the top of a unilevel team, with every personally recruited affiliate placed directly under them (level 1):

If any level 1 affiliates recruit new affiliates, they are placed on level 2 of the original affiliate’s unilevel team.

If any level 2 affiliates recruit new affiliates, they are placed on level 3 and so on and so forth down a theoretical infinite number of levels.

United Capital Investments offer a 5% referral commission on invested funds, paid down five levels of recruitment.

Joining United Capital Investments

United Capital Investments affiliate membership it ties to a minimum $500 investment via bitcoin, ethereum or bank wire.

One of the first thing visitors to United Capital Investments’ website see is this:

How is $500 turned into $50,000 in 40 weeks?

United Capital Investments represents that they generate this advertised return via trading.

Your trading account balance will be compounded for 40 weeks.

Your pay out will be One Hundred (100x) times your pre-trade balance at the time trading begins.

This is a Time Sensitive, and Strictly Limited opportunity.

Naturally the first thing that comes to mind is that if Antoun Toubia was able to generate a 1000% ROI every 40 weeks, why isn’t he doing that already.

Furthermore if we accept United Capital Investments has been around since 2020 (the 2008 claim is bullshit), where is the trading history?

As I was going through older versions I noticed something called Pebex Coin.

Investors owning PEBEX coin receive on going dividends from UCI profits.

Investors owning PEBEX can also trade their coin into other crypto currencies or Fiat.

That appeared on United Capital Investments’ website last year but has since been scrubbed.

In the “projects” section of United Capital Investments’ website, Pebex is mentioned along with SprinkleBit.

An ICO website for Pebex was set up at some point, although it appears to have since been abandoned.

As above, United Capital Investments hoped to flog Pebex off to gullible investors for $1 a token.

SprinkleBit is/was attached to SprinkleCoin, another token ICO that also went nowhere.

I was also able to tie Antoun Toubia to “UCI Coin”, which he marketed as follows:

UCI Coin has its own website, on which the company is referred to as Universal Crowd-funding Investments.

This suggests an already collapsed scheme that Antoun Toubia has rebranded as United Capital Investments.

Putting this altogether we have a bunch of unknown crypto cowboys with at least three failed token ICOs under their belt.

Anyone gullible enough to have invested in either Pebex, SprinkleCoin or UCI Coin lost money, as all three projects have gone nowhere.

And now Antoun Toubia and his gang are promising 1000% returns in 200 days out of the blue.

At best United Capital Investments will take your money, keep it and pull an exit-scam after 200 days.

That’s only if they cut off new investment as promised. I’ve seen no evidence of that, so for now United Capital Investments is likely operating as a Ponzi scheme.

NO, not in any form. A Ponzi Program or HIYP (sic), by nature needs to have more participants entering the program to maintain itself.

Ponzi programs generally work from the basis that it requires new investors funds to “pay” existing investors.

Whilst UCI Global encourages Investors, UCI Global will close the doors to all Investors once the required Capital is raised. It is not an ongoing Platform.

The capital will be raised by investors such as “Mum and Dad investors”, Companies, SMSF’s, Private equity groups and Individual wealthy Investors (whales).

Certainly the company has provided no evidence of trading or any other source of external revenue.

Nor has United Capital Investments registered its 1000% ROI investment opportunity with financial regulators in any jurisdiction it solicits investment in.

Due to the passive nature of the returns advertised, registration with regulators is mandatory in order for United Capital Investments to operate legally.

Given the company’s past ICO failures and lack of verifiable information surrounding its purported trading activities, investing in United Capital Investments comes off as a sure-fire way to throw away your money.

Does ASIC know you’re running around promising people 1000% returns in 40 weeks?

What about the FCA, seeing as Antoun Toubia is purportedly based out of the UK?

Wouldn’t that be a 10,000% ROI, not 1,000%?

Don’t undersell them

Hello math, we meet again.

Yeah I knew it wasn’t 100%, so I went the next ten up. Now that I think about it obs multiplied by ten isn’t one hundred, so you’d have to go the next zero up.

Why didn’t I think of that when I was writing and proof-reading? Because I suck at math, very much.

Thanks for the correction! tmfp (Q)

Hey Marnie, cool promo for this “not MLM, Forex, Share trading or cryptocurrency” opportoonidy.

“Exclusive Invitation Only” (“Five bucks to get in”) BOOM….

Re: Unibrow, there’s an old BCT thread that, after reporting Founder Positions for sale @ $500k (pls email A. Toubia), quickly went dark and ends with this salutary last post.

“Always find it odd how these projects which turn out to be scams just get forgotten about.”

I urge you to remove your deflamatory posts. On Monday 30th September, we will engage our European Lawyers and will persecute your site.

I have offered you a chance to make contact and you have yet to do so.

First for your defaming record, UCI Global is a LLC compnay, perhaps you should complete your due diligence.

ASIC is a regulator in Australia in which my personal company is registered with. I also have a certified accountant. This is a Private Placement Program and if you would like to conduct some research on our Monetary Markets, what SBLC’s are and Financial instruments you will discover what we are about. Your ignorance is showing here.

Everything we are engaging in is compliant. We do not require multiple clients, nor do we require multiple clients to survive – as you and I both know is a ponzi. We are not and you have no proof to say that.

The Directors of UCI are all business people and successful at that in our own right. We have an intentional community of people around the world that is growing daily and is quite fed up with the current system and are seeking a better alternative to the centralization of banks and the establishment.

Again you are misinformed. Antoun resides in Tbilisi Georgia. Unlike you, both myself and Antoun and all the Directors and support team of UCI are transparent. Are you?

I would encourage you again to actually read about what a PPP is, what a tier 1 Bank is, what a principle trade desk is, what financial instruments are. Undertsand what lines of credit are and what Bank arbitrage is. Also look at Monetizing financial instruments and how Banks and associated clients sell their debts.
